Job Description

A Sales Account Engineer specializing in Fire Fighting Systems in Saudi Arabia is responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and offering technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of fire protection solutions.


Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions for fire fighting systems.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve business targets.

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide expertise and solutions for various fire fighting systems, including:
    • Gas Suppression Systems (FM200, NOVEC1230, CO₂, INERGEN).
    • Water Sprinkler and Foam Systems.
    • Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure precise project specifications and client satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness.

Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed sales reports for the Division Director.
  • Escalate challenges or issues to the Division Manager promptly to mitigate risks.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Of Engineering.
  • 7 – 10 years of experience in sales within the fire fighting systems sector.

SKILLS:

  • Strong technical knowledge of fire fighting systems (FM200, NOVEC1230, INERGEN, CO₂, water sprinklers system, foam systems).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English (business-level).
  • Ability to work in a team and handle a high volume of work effectively.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Expertise in developing, managing, and analyzing sales pipelines to drive strategic decision-making and improve sales team performance.
