Neom Community 1 project is a significant design-build initiative commissioned by Neom Company, aimed at establishing sustainable and innovative living environments. Covering a total area of 556,000 m², the project focuses on constructing pre-fabricated modular structures, camp buildings, and pre-engineered buildings to accommodate 850 management personnel in a well-designed, functional community. Tamimi PEB is responsible for the comprehensive scope of work, which includes:
- Infrastructure Development: Laying roads, utilities, and essential services to support the community.
- Building Fabrication and Installation: Using advanced modular construction techniques for efficient and sustainable structures.
- Civil and Foundation Works: Ensuring structural stability and durability through meticulous engineering.
