An effective AV design starts with the room: audience size, viewing distance, acoustics, meeting format and the sources people need to share. Displays, microphones, speakers and controls are selected and positioned around those requirements, with power, data and containment coordinated before finishes are closed.
The completed system is checked as a user experience, not only as connected hardware. Signal paths, intelligibility, image visibility and simple operation are reviewed against the approved brief. Equipment schedules and operating guidance support the team responsible for the room after handover.
