ENGINEERING SCOPE
UDCT integrates building service disciplines around project interfaces, technical submittals, installation sequencing and operational handover.

TECHNICAL SCOPE
The exact systems and interfaces are defined by each approved project scope.
Electrical infrastructure
Plumbing and water systems
HVAC integration
Technical submittals
Testing and commissioning coordination
PROJECT CONSIDERATIONS
BUILDING SERVICES PLANNED AS INTERFACES
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems share plant rooms, shafts, ceiling zones and access routes. UDCT coordinates these disciplines around approved load requirements, equipment clearances, containment, drainage and maintainable access so that one installation does not obstruct another.
Technical submittals establish the selected equipment and its interfaces before site execution. Installation checks, discipline testing and coordinated commissioning then connect the individual systems to the operating building. HVAC, electrical and plumbing pages explain each discipline in greater detail.
For an MEP enquiry, architectural layouts, occupancy, design stage, utility constraints, equipment schedules and programme dates help define the work packages. These inputs clarify available plant space, service routes and the limits between disciplines. Where an existing facility is being modified, current equipment capacities and planned shutdown windows also shape the changeover sequence. A coordinated scope can then identify which drawings, approvals, installation checks and commissioning records are needed before handover.
