Building management interfaces
BMS points and equipment status coordinated across the relevant building systems.
CONTROL & INTEGRATION
Automation and control solutions that connect systems, improve visibility and support dependable operation.
Discuss your projectENGINEERING SCOPE
Automation brings field signals, control panels and operator visibility into a coordinated operating sequence. UDCT focuses on defined interfaces, functional verification and handover of the approved control scope.
SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS
The exact systems and interfaces are defined by each approved project scope.
BMS points and equipment status coordinated across the relevant building systems.
Panels, sensors and actuators selected and connected to the approved control sequence.
Operational views and alarms that help teams understand system status.
Point checks and sequence testing against the documented requirements.
PROJECT CONSIDERATIONS
Automation begins with a clear sequence of operation: what each sensor reports, how a controller responds, which equipment it commands and what an operator sees when an alarm occurs. UDCT coordinates these interfaces with the mechanical, electrical and life safety teams involved in the approved project.
Point schedules and panel documentation make the control scope testable. Functional checks then compare field behavior with the agreed sequence, including alarm states and relevant equipment interlocks. The operating team receives the information needed to identify points and understand normal and fault conditions.
HOW WE DELIVER
A controlled project path keeps engineering intent connected to field execution and final system readiness.
Requirements, codes, interfaces and engineered definition.
Approved technologies and technical documentation.
Coordinated field execution and quality control.
Testing, commissioning, documentation and close out.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Systems are configured to suit the operating needs of each facility.
