Neom Residential Communities – NRC Project involved construction of villages for workers who would then build the NEOM City, a technically advanced, digitally connected, sustainable and green city formed by transforming a desert. a $500 billion megacity project in Saudi Arabia, is developing residential communities to support its growing workforce. In June 2023, NEOM secured SAR 21 billion (about $5.6 billion) for the first phase, which will establish 10 residential communities, accommodating 95,000 people. These communities feature sustainable, relocatable modular units, offering essential services and amenities such as sports fields, swimming pools, and entertainment venues. The development aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, focusing on sustainability and economic diversification.
