Product overview
CHEMGUARD 36-gallon bladder-tank foam stations use a pressure vessel and elastomeric bladder as part of a balanced-pressure proportioning system. The documented skid combines the tank, proportioner and hose reel; a pressurized external water supply and an appropriate agent fill are still required. This is a different operating arrangement from an atmospheric-tank station with an in-line eductor. Select the nozzle, hose length, coating and exact concentrate listing for the application. The optional thermal-relief valve addresses isolated thermal expansion and must not be substituted for a correctly sized system overpressure-relief device.

Key features
- Family: 36-gallon bladder-tank foam station
- Nominal concentrate capacity: 36 US gallons
- Vessel arrangement: Steel pressure vessel with elastomeric bladder
Applications
Compact engineered foam-water handlines for selected fuel-storage, loading, hospital/generator, offshore or hangar supplementary applications. Confirm the complete agent, pressure-vessel, hose/nozzle and jurisdictional acceptance scope before supply.
Selection and project integration
Provide UDCT with the fuel or test application, required capacity, available water pressure and flow, selected concentrate and compatible equipment. Confirm the exact part numbers, coupling threads, storage conditions and current manufacturer instructions. For foam systems, use the fuel-specific application criteria and approved proportioning/discharge assembly; commissioning must verify the actual hydraulic and proportioning performance.
