Product overview
CHEMGUARD DIRECTATTACK is a Class A firefighting foam concentrate for wetting and penetrating ordinary combustible fuels. It is used at low concentration through suitable aspirating or non-aspirating equipment, CAFS and documented aerial arrangements. Its foam characteristics depend on the discharge device and selected dilution. The concentrate and the resulting foam solution are different materials: the concentrate is proportioned into the water supply before discharge, and its storage limits must not be treated as a premixed-solution storage specification. Select the application rate and equipment for the actual fuel and operating method.

Key features
- Product: DIRECTATTACK Class A foam concentrate
- Proportioning range: 0.1–1.0%, depending on application and discharge device
- Water supply: Fresh, brackish or sea water; long-term stored premix requires fresh or potable water
Applications
Class A firefighting involving wood, paper, coal, structures and rubber, using equipment and dilution selected for the hazard. Aerial use requires the applicable aircraft and metering-system approval. Confirm the current product revision and operating procedure for the project.
Selection and project integration
Provide UDCT with the fuel or test application, required capacity, available water pressure and flow, selected concentrate and compatible equipment. Confirm the exact part numbers, coupling threads, storage conditions and current manufacturer instructions. For foam systems, use the fuel-specific application criteria and approved proportioning/discharge assembly; commissioning must verify the actual hydraulic and proportioning performance.
