Product overview
CHEMGUARD MINI-X-III is a portable high-expansion foam nozzle supplied with a matching eductor. It is intended for selected spill-fire and vapour-mitigation response arrangements using compatible foam concentrate and a suitable pressurized water supply. The inlet gauge supports pressure checks during operation, while the pistol-grip shutoff provides handline control. Its performance must be evaluated using the MINI-X-III configuration; the adjustable low/medium/high settings in the shared family sheet belong to VARI-X-III and must not be transferred to this model. Confirm current availability, concentrate selection and the required inlet thread before ordering.

Key features
- Product: MINI-X-III portable high-expansion foam nozzle
- NH-thread model: EF10570
- NPSH-thread model: EF10571
Applications
Compatible portable foam response for selected industrial or municipal spill and vapour-control hazards. Confirm concentrate suitability, wind/exposure conditions, water duty and operating instructions for the intended incident.
Selection and project integration
Provide UDCT with the fuel or test application, required capacity, available water pressure and flow, selected concentrate and compatible equipment. Confirm the exact part numbers, coupling threads, storage conditions and current manufacturer instructions. For foam systems, use the fuel-specific application criteria and approved proportioning/discharge assembly; commissioning must verify the actual hydraulic and proportioning performance.
