Product overview
The CHEMGUARD CMFC mobile foam cart carries concentrate and selected foam handline equipment to a suitable water connection. The cart is not a self-contained water supply or a pump. Its standard documented CMFC-1 arrangement includes a 36-gallon concentrate tank, 95 gpm eductor, matching nozzle and 50-foot hose. Supply pressure at the eductor is essential to the intended proportioning duty; a lower pressure reduces delivered flow. Select the foam, nozzle, coupling threads and required hose layout for the actual hazard, and distinguish the complete cart from the eductor-only CMFC-2 arrangement.

Key features
- Model: CMFC-1 mobile foam cart
- Concentrate capacity: 36 US gallons
- Tank material: Reinforced fiberglass
Applications
Selected industrial and flammable-liquid spill-response arrangements supplied from an adequate water source. Confirm the exact foam application method, eductor inlet pressure and hose/nozzle compatibility before deployment.
Selection and project integration
Provide UDCT with the fuel or test application, required capacity, available water pressure and flow, selected concentrate and compatible equipment. Confirm the exact part numbers, coupling threads, storage conditions and current manufacturer instructions. For foam systems, use the fuel-specific application criteria and approved proportioning/discharge assembly; commissioning must verify the actual hydraulic and proportioning performance.
