Product overview
CHEMGUARD NFF-331 is an alcohol-resistant, non-fluorinated foam concentrate for documented Class B hydrocarbon and polar-solvent applications. It is proportioned at 3% for either fuel group. The foam blanket suppresses vapour and helps separate the fuel from air; on suitable polar fuels the formulation also forms a protective polymer layer. These characteristics do not make every nozzle, sprinkler or proportioner combination interchangeable. System selection must match the fuel, discharge method, water quality and exact approved hardware. Existing equipment conversions also require a contamination and material-compatibility review.

Key features
- Product: NFF-331 3%x3% AR-SFFF concentrate
- Hydrocarbon proportioning: 3%
- Polar-solvent proportioning: 3%
Applications
Engineered foam protection for relevant hydrocarbon and polar-solvent hazards in processing facilities, storage, loading areas and aircraft hangars. Design application rates and hardware must be taken from the current applicable listing and manufacturer documentation.
Selection and project integration
Provide UDCT with the fuel or test application, required capacity, available water pressure and flow, selected concentrate and compatible equipment. Confirm the exact part numbers, coupling threads, storage conditions and current manufacturer instructions. For foam systems, use the fuel-specific application criteria and approved proportioning/discharge assembly; commissioning must verify the actual hydraulic and proportioning performance.
