Product overview
The CHEMGUARD Precision Foam Solution Test Kit uses conductivity measurements to help check foam proportioning performance. Samples and calibration solutions must be prepared from the actual concentrate and water supply in accordance with the instructions, since a conductivity reading alone is not a universal percentage measurement. The documented kit combines a digital meter, scale, sample vessels and preparation accessories in a fitted carrying case. It supports proportioning verification for compatible mobile, portable and fixed equipment, but does not replace a concentrate-quality laboratory analysis or the full acceptance test of a fire-protection system.

Key features
- Kit part number: EF10995
- Instruction reference: EF11006
- Measurement method: Conductivity with concentrate/water-specific calibration
Applications
Foam proportioning checks on compatible fixed systems, portable foam equipment and mobile apparatus. Use representative water and concentrate samples, calibrated instruments and the current manufacturer test procedure.
Selection and project integration
Specify the concentrate, water source, intended test procedure and required kit contents. Confirm calibration materials, instrument condition and replacement accessories before use. Prepare the calibration curve and samples in accordance with the current manufacturer instructions; record the measured results and arrange laboratory analysis when concentrate quality needs assessment.
