Product overview
The CHEMGUARD water-powered oscillating monitor station combines a foam-concentrate tank, oscillating monitor and selected self-educting nozzle. The documented concept uses water flow and pressure to power operation, without an electrical drive. It still requires a suitable pressurized external water supply and the correct concentrate. Tank and nozzle choices affect discharge duration and coverage, and the optional reserve arrangement must be specified explicitly. Aircraft-hangar under-wing use is an intended application; project compliance must be established from the complete engineered design and current applicable requirements.

Key features
- Family: Water-powered oscillating monitor station
- Concentrate tank range: 100–300 US gallons; selected configuration
- Tank material: 316 stainless steel
Applications
Engineered hangar under-wing foam protection and other expressly approved project arrangements. Check oscillation coverage, obstructions, hydraulic supply, agent compatibility and reserve duration against the final design.
Selection and project integration
Provide UDCT with the fuel or test application, required capacity, available water pressure and flow, selected concentrate and compatible equipment. Confirm the exact part numbers, coupling threads, storage conditions and current manufacturer instructions. For foam systems, use the fuel-specific application criteria and approved proportioning/discharge assembly; commissioning must verify the actual hydraulic and proportioning performance.
