Product overview
CFT-541 uses IG-541, based on 40% argon / 52% nitrogen / 8% carbon dioxide, for engineered fire suppression in enclosed hazards. It reduces the oxygen concentration supporting combustion, so enclosure integrity, evacuation and personnel safeguards form part of the system design. The CFT configuration controls gas release during discharge. Its flow-control arrangement differs from a conventional pressure-restrictor system and requires the manufacturer calculation method.
